WAMM.chat provides administrators with the ability to export a list of clients and chat history from all connected messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, and Avito) as Excel spreadsheets. This is useful for quality control of manager performance, analytics, and transferring the client database to a CRM.

How to Perform an Export

Go to the additional menu above the chat list and select the "Export chats and messages" option.

"Tasks" Tab - Background Export

Preparation of large files (e.g., correspondence across all channels) happens automatically in the background. You can close the export window and continue communicating with clients.

The file readiness status is displayed on the "Tasks" tab:

  • in progress - the system is gathering information;
  • completed - the file is ready, click the green "download" button.
