To switch to payment in tenge:

- Review the new offer and privacy policy
- Submit a request to change your payment profile and accept the new offer in the section - Payment
- Download and pay the invoice in tenge
- The payment profile will change after the ruble balance is exhausted
- Currently, only payment by invoice is available in tenge! Online methods (cards, etc.) will be added later.
The cost of using the program depends on the number and types of connected communication channels - messengers, as well as on the number of users - operators. Messages are not charged additionally - the cost includes unlimited chats and messages.

Bonuses and discounts
Prepayment bonuses:
- Payment for 90 days (3 months) - 5% discount
- Payment for 180 days (6 months) - 10% discount
Loyalty bonuses:
Additional +1% discount for each full year of working with us, maximum 5%
Scale bonuses:
Progressive discount on channels of the same type:
- First 10 channels - standard price
- From 11th to 20th channel - minus 5%
- From 21st to 30th channel - minus 7%
- From the 31st channel - minus 10%
All discounts and bonuses are cumulative.
How billing works
We have daily billing. After payment, the money is credited to the account balance and debited daily in portions, depending on the number of services connected per day. Funds are debited from the balance daily at 23:50 (UTC+3).
You can add a new communication channel - messenger or user at any time, or conversely, delete them, and the daily cost will be automatically recalculated. Discounts are credited as bonuses, which are written off during settlements (1 bonus=1 tenge).
